Through PayPal, you can now safely and quickly pay your rent each month. PayPal accepts credit cards, checking account payments, bank transfers, and debit cards. A PayPal account is not necessary for an online payment with credt/debit cards. However, if you are wanting to pay with your checking account or make a bank transfer, you will need to have a PayPal account. (Using either of these two methods require that your bank account be verified. This process takes 3-5 business days to complete.) Endways will be notified immediately of your payment.

2. Enter the amount that you owe for rent. (There is a 5% convienence fee for using PayPal. Be sure to include this fee in your payment. Payments that do not include the 5% convienence fee will be considered partial payments and tenants will be subject to eviction. By clicking the PayPal button below, you are accepting this 5% convienence fee.)

5. Enter the address for the property that you are paying rent for in the Property Address Section (This is located at the bottom of the page.) VERY IMPORTANT!!

6. PayPal will give you a receipt page. We recommend that you print this page for your records in case there is ever any discrepancies.

To figure out how much to pay (including the 5% conveinence fee) take the amount of your rent and multiply it by 1.05. Example: If the amount of rent owed is $500.00: 500x1.05=525, so the amount needed to be paid is $525.00. REMEMBER: PAYMENTS NOT INCLUDING THE 5% CONVIENENCE FEE WILL BE CONSIDERED PARTIAL PAYMENTS AND TENANTS WILL BE SUBJECT TO EVICTION.
